This is what you get for your 180.00, Herbal Cleanse, Spark energy drinks, max 3 vitamin packs (the heart of phase 2) meal replacement shakes for when you can't eat right or want a snack and OMEGA 3 fatty acid supplements. Not a bad deal.
So, as I said, I've lost 2 pounds as of today, and
I don't think it's just water I've lost, because I'm sure drinking a lot, so lets hope the cleanse is getting rid of the stuff in the plumbing, if you know what I mean. Do you have any idea how hard it is to talk about this kinda thing without using biological function words? I'm trying not to gross anyone out.
Today I still felt great, and yes, a little lighter, and again, not a giant change in the bathroom, no urgency or difficulty. I love how gentle it is. I actually can see a marked difference in my energy level. The probiotics in the cleanse are replacing all the bad bacteria so I think that's why I've got some pep in my step, as it were. I forgot to mention that yes, I'm eating 3 meals a day. Breakfast is a little lighter than usual since I take the fiber drink first, so it fills you up a bit, but I had a few rice cakes with peanut butter and a whole banana. For lunch I had a small portion of meat and green peppers (think it was steak- ums, from the school cafeteria, not my first choice but protein none the less.) and a good sized salad, some watermelon and honeydew also. I notice I'm eating less at lunch too, and still am full. In the cleanse pack it suggests 4-6 servings of veggies and fruits a day. Not a problem. I love my veggies. So far this is pretty easy. I had a meal replacement shake but didn't finish it. (as a snack in the morning after breakfast) Tonight's dinner, Talapia fillets and sweet potatoes with a big salad. You must understand, I am the kind of person who can grab a hunk of sugar from the sugar bowl and eat it straight (gross, I know) but I haven't wanted sugar in 2 days. There were cakeballs in the lounge and I was actually repulsed. Didn't even try one! I guess my body is finally starting to get what it needs, nutritionally and not craving sugar as much, so YAY!!
Oh, and I'm signing up with Advocare, I love this stuff. If you want to try this yourself, lemme know!
I won't lose my momentum. I'm so excited to be taking charge and making a difference in my health! So many things I can't do anything about, like my asthma, taxes, you know what I mean. But eating, and taking vitamins? Easy Peasy.Tonight I'm working out, I'm doing my ab workout and 2 mile walk, which I do indoors, (walking, sidesteps, kicks and knee lifts) I've got a Leslie Sansone video. Chick gets me moving! by the end, you've walked 2 miles without even leaving your house.
